Who to ask, depending on what went wrong
Three parties are involved in any order and they can answer completely different questions. Sending a question to the wrong one costs a day, so this is worth thirty seconds.
For a stale catalogue link, return to the category or search by the item name. For a payment, warehouse or parcel problem, contact the shopping agent from the account that holds the order.
If something is wrong with an order, a payment, an inspection, a parcel or a refund, that is the agent, and specifically the account you opened with it. We cannot see any of it. If you need help before you have an account, the agent runs support channels of its own.
For an exact policy, open the agent’s own current page. If it requires sign-in, read it from your account or ask support for the applicable wording before paying.

What the agent help centre shows without an account
Ten sections are listed publicly on the help centre index: Beginner Guide, Account and Membership, Fees and Payment, Warehouse and Value-added Services, Shipping and Logistics, After-sales and Claims, Affiliate Program, Policies and Terms, FAQ, and Contact Us.
Open a section and the article titles under it are public too. Shipping and Logistics lists International Parcel Shipping Agreement, Parcel and Billing Rules, Shipping Fee Estimation, Logistics Tracking, Customs and Taxes, and Parcel Delivery Notes. After-sales lists Parcel Return and Reshipment, Claims Guide, 5-Day Return Policy and After-sales Service.
In our 6 August 2026 check, all twenty-one opened articles redirected to sign-in. That dated observation does not establish present access requirements. Open the live help centre to find the policy you need.

About this guide
Read how the guide selects and explains links. For order support, use your shopping-agent account; this guide cannot access the order.

Orders, payments, inspection photos, parcels, refunds. The only channel that can act on an order.

Longer conversations, photo threads after parcels arrive, and the place to sanity check something before ordering.

The ten that arrive most often. Anything numeric here says where it came from and when we checked it.
Is this the official Weidian site?
No. Weidian is a Chinese marketplace and has no relationship with this guide. We are an independent guide to browsing Weidian finds, and we earn from referrals to the shopping agent we point at. Nothing here is written or approved by Weidian.
Can I buy directly from Weidian?
Not realistically from abroad. Weidian sells inside China: prices are in yuan, checkout expects Chinese payment methods, and delivery expects a Chinese address. That is why a shopping agent exists in this trip at all.
Why does a category say it has thousands of items when I only see a few dozen?
The route page loads in pages. The count under Products in this category is the whole route, the cards below it are the first batch, and the load more button at the bottom fetches the next. If your filters are on, the count reflects the filtered route rather than the whole one.
I opened a category and it was almost empty. Is it broken?
Probably not. Nine routes on the catalogue are umbrella words that hold very little because the listings sit one level down. Shoes holds 49 listings while Sneakers holds 5338. The category map flags all nine and says what to open instead.
Are the listing counts on this site live?
No, and we would rather say so. They were read off the catalogue on 2026-08-06 in a single pass. They move every week, mostly on the small routes. Use them for the order of magnitude, not as inventory.
What does the price on a card include?
The item, inside China, in yuan. It does not include the agent service fee, domestic delivery to the agent warehouse, international freight, or any import charges your country applies. Freight in particular depends on weight, volume, destination and line, so it is quoted by the agent rather than by us.
Who inspects the item, and how far does that go?
The agent does, at its warehouse, after buying. Every agent publishes limits on what an inspection covers, and those limits are the thing to read before you order something where fit or function matters. If the relevant article requires sign-in, use your account or ask support for the current scope, as explained on the agent page.
Something is wrong with my order. Can you help?
Not directly, and it is better that you know why. Your order exists in the account you opened with the agent. We never see it, cannot look it up, cannot change or cancel it and cannot issue a refund. Support inside that account is the only route. If the catalogue itself is wrong, that one is ours and we want to hear about it.
A card led to a listing that no longer exists. What now?
That happens, particularly on thin routes where one seller closing a shop removes several listings at once. Search the catalogue for the same words, check the rest of the shelf, and tell us if a whole route looks stale.
Do you take a cut if I order?
Yes, on agent referrals. Links to the agent carry a referral code and that is how the guide is paid for. It does not change what we write: practical limits, including any account access needed to read a policy, remain part of the guide.
A glossary of the words that appear on this route
None of these are our inventions. They are the words the catalogue, the marketplace and the agent use on their own pages, which means you will meet them whether or not anyone explains them first.
| Word | What it means here |
|---|---|
| QC | The photographs the agent takes after your goods arrive at its warehouse, before you pay to ship them. Short for quality check. |
| Route | One category address on this catalogue. Sixty five of them exist, and they hold wildly different numbers of listings. |
| Umbrella word | An entry word that sounds like a front door and opens onto almost nothing. They are the reason this guide exists. |
| Warehouse | Where your goods sit between the two payments. The storage clock runs here. |
| Parcel | What you create when you tell the agent which stored items to put in one box. It is the thing freight is quoted on. |
| Volumetric weight | A size based figure. When a box is big and light, the carrier bills the space it takes up instead of what the scales say. |
| Declared value | The value recorded on the customs paperwork should accurately describe the parcel. It does not guarantee a payout: any claim depends on the route’s coverage, limits, evidence and accepted claim terms. |
